Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.

During peak periods, promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or public holidays, order processing may require additional time.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email may be sent containing tracking information, where available.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia
  • Sabah
  • Sarawak
  • Labuan

International shipping may be offered for selected destinations. Shipping availability and rates will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following delivery estimates are provided as a general guide:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–5 business days
  • Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan: 3–10 business days

Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Sorient Sdn Bhd cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in initiating an investigation with the courier service.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and contents immediately upon receipt.

Any claims relating to shipping damage should be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the parcel, together with supporting photographs and your order number.

Multiple Shipments

In some circumstances, items within the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability, warehouse operations, or supplier arrangements.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Address Changes

Requests to change the shipping address must be submitted before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
